Cesar has been in the painting and coatings industry for most of his life. He started has a residential painter in South Florida, where he learned most of his detailed painting skills. Originally from Venezuela, Cesar and his family moved to the United States to pursue more opportunity and work towards the "American Dream." In Venezuela, he attended the 'Universidad de Oriente' and became a certified public accountant.
He joined our SCS family a little over 5 years ago, where he started as a field team member in specialty coatings. His skills and experience, allowed him to quickly work his way to a Crew Leader. Due to his aptitude for numbers, tracking jobs, and as his leadership skills continued to develop, he was promoted to a Foreman, leading crews on multiple job sites. In 2023, he was promoted to a Superintendent, now responsible for helping lead our field team in the East Coast.
If Cesar isn't on a job site helping make our EC projects a success, you can find him at the beach or traveling!
