Jae'Len Arnum

Jae’Len was born in Middletown, CT, and grew up in Deep River, where he developed a passion for sports, starting with baseball and later playing basketball and football. In high school, he focused solely on football, earning multiple awards and D1 offers, and played college football for two years, followed by one year in semi-pro.

 

Jae’Len studied business, marketing, and design in college with the dream of starting a family-owned business. After leaving college in 2021, he moved to Worcester, MA, where he gained experience in various fields including culinary, customer service, sales, and management. He found a strong passion for sales, quickly rising to the position of Sales Manager in Training after just two months at a home improvement company. He was passionate about the role but left it in July 2023 to make the move to Fort Myers, FL. In August 2024, Jae’Len began his career as an estimator at SCS, drawn by the company's internal growth opportunities and strong, supportive team culture. 

 

In his free time, Jae’Len enjoys staying active, spending time with family, and traveling. He is especially eager to visit Greece or Turkey to experience the beautiful waters of Greece and the delicious treats like Baklava in Turkey
