Josh Varney

Josh, a native of Tallahassee, Florida, has a rich background that spans multiple industries and regions. After spending some time traveling and living in the northern U.S., he found his home in Fort Myers about five years ago. During his college years, Josh was a student-athlete, playing basketball at the University of California, Santa Barbara, while earning his degree. This experience not only fueled his passion for teamwork and discipline but also laid the foundation for his professional success.

Josh began his career in the hospitality industry. He soon got the opportunity to become a keyholder of a prestigious restaurant. This role gave him his first taste of management, where he excelled in leadership, team coordination, and customer relations. 

 

Josh transitioned into a sales role in logistics. There, he gained more skills in negotiation and client relations. His natural ability to build and maintain strong relationships helped him thrive in a fast-paced environment. In 2018, Josh made the bold move into the construction industry, taking on the role of Project Manager with a residential home building company. This career shift allowed him to apply his management experience and sales expertise to a new field, where he quickly became adept at overseeing projects, managing teams, and ensuring client satisfaction. His dedication to delivering quality results has earned him a reputation as a trusted leader.

Outside of work, Josh enjoys spending quality time with his family, often exploring the outdoors with his children. Whether it's hiking, camping, or simply enjoying nature, he loves creating lasting memories with his loved ones while staying active and connected to the world around him
