George Avendano, our Industrial Superintendent, brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his pivotal role. Joining our team in 2002, George embarked on a journey through the field, acquiring comprehensive expertise in waterproofing, painting, and coatings. His extensive background in our industrial division, specializing in industrial coating application, laid a solid foundation for his subsequent leadership roles.
Having served as a new construction Superintendent on our East Coast team for several years, George transitioned to our Safety Department, where his experience and safety knowledge played a crucial role in instilling a robust safety culture throughout the company. For nearly two years, George dedicated himself to promoting and ensuring a safer work environment for all.
Recognizing the need for his expertise, George assumed the role of Industrial Superintendent following the retirement of his predecessor. In his current capacity, George plays a central role in leading our industrial team across southwest Florida, managing projects, and contributing to the overall success and safety of our operations.
